There are so many ways to use Grounding & Purifying Time Anointment Oil. It can be as simple as carrying it in your personal bag and applying it in the most ordinary situations. For example, I was at my day job and really felt a personal attack from my supervisor. She seemed very on edge and annoyed by questions. I have been really working on filling my heart center with light and consciously keeping it around me at all times. In the Joseph Communication book, “Life After Death”, there is a section that talks about how some people can be really annoyed by your presence if you are not at the same vibration as they are. (This is so true!)
I was getting this energy from my supervisor, which left me feeling really unsettled and I realized this was a perfect opportunity to use my anointment oil! I put some on my hands, neck, and heart center. I closed my eyes, took a couple of deep breaths, and felt completely grounded. I immediately felt better and released all connection with the negative energy.
I also use this in many other situations throughout my day, like driving, going to the store, taking care of my son, etc.
But if you really want to get deep with this, Grounding & Purifying Time can also be used in meditation. This is when it is most potent and powerful, but make no mistake that the real power is coming from you, always. This is a tool to help shift you into a grounding and peaceful state.
MEDITATION FOR EXPANDING LIGHT
Apply the oil on the top of your head, in between your eyes, throat, and heart center, and feel grounded and connected. Close your eyes and imagine a ball of light in your heart. See this light growing bigger and bigger where it completely reaches every part of your body and expands outward to your aura. And feel this light expanding beyond you into the room and going further into your town, county, state, country, and the world. Send your beautiful light and love to all the beings of this world. Now ask your angels and spirit guides to come forward. Ask them or talk to them about anything that is on your mind or just ask them to be there with you. You can stay in this state as long as you wish. When you are ready, bring your awareness back into your body by wiggling your fingers and toes. Focus on your breath and feel yourself returning to your body. Open your eyes when you are ready. Thank your angels, spirit guides, and god/the universe for being here with you today. If you have a journal or sketchbook, write, or sketch your experience so you always have a record.
I love looking back on my sketches and journal entries because I feel like I learn and grow from them in a different way every time I examine and contemplate those experiences. Love you all and create some time to ground and purify!
